     We only collect data that is necessary to process your orders and provide you with the         best possible service.

     A.  Order Processing and Performance of a Contract

            To process and deliver your glass products, we need:

                - First and last name

                - Delivery and billing address

                - E-mail address and phone number (for updates on order and delivery status)

                - Information about the purchased goods and payments

            Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Without this data, we cannot fulfill and ship                your order.

     B.  Contact Forms and Inquiries

            If you contact us via the form on our website or by e-mail, we process:

                - Your name, e-mail address, and the content of your message.

            Legal basis: Legitimate interest (so we can respond to your inquiry).

     C.  Newsletters (Marketing)

            If you subscribe to our newsletter or if you are our customer (and have not opted                      out), we process:

                 - Your e-mail address.

            Legal basis: Your consent (when subscribing) or our legitimate interest (as an e-shop              customer). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any                  marketing e-mail.

3. Cookies and Analytics

     We use cookies on our website to ensure it functions properly and to analyze

     our traffic.

            - Necessary Cookies: Required for the basic operation of the e-shop

               (e.g., keeping items in your shopping cart). These are always active.

            - Analytical and Marketing Cookies: These help us understand what interests you on                 our website (we use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel ). We only use these                         cookies with your explicit consent, which you can grant via our cookie banner.

     Your data is safe with us. However, to successfully deliver your orders and run our

     e-shop, we share data with trusted partners to the minimum extent necessary:

           - Payment Gateways: (e.g., ComGate, GoPay, Stripe, PayPal)

           - E-shop Platform and Hosting: WIX.com

           - Accounting and Tax Advisors: To fulfill our statutory legal obligations.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

           - Data required for order fulfillment is stored for the period required by law

             (e.g., accounting documents for up to 10 years).

           - Data from contact forms is kept for the time necessary to resolve your inquiry                           (usually no longer than 6 months maximum 1 year).

           - Data for marketing purposes is processed until you withdraw your consent, but no                  longer than 3 years.

           - Right to rectification: If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, we will correct it.

           - Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You can request the deletion of your data               (unless a legal obligation, such as invoice archiving, prevents us from doing so).

           - Right to restriction of processing and Object to processing: Specifically against                          processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.

           - Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, electronic                            format.

           - Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you                have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (or your local                          supervisory authority).
